The Logan philosophy promises luxurious ease: It is perfect for daily use, easy to combine, balanced in terms of cut, shape and heel, manually produced, very fashionable, at the same time being femininely simple and plain as well as simultaneously unique thanks to striking details – this is what distinguishes Dossobuono’s high-quality women’s shoe line from Italy. Since the 2009 Spring/Summer collection this young Logan Crossing collection has been included in the portfolio. Classical sports style elements are urbanised here and sent out onto the streets. The look is wonderfully witty and also a bit ironically tapered.

So what does the 2009 Autumn/Winter season have in store? Integrated wedged heels in two heights are important in the feminine-elegant part of the Logan collection. Plain pumps are accessorised using straps, mini metal eyes and buckles. Boots come with half-height and high legs, with elastic inserts or zip fasteners, in variants with wide turn-up bucket-top boots standing on coarse heels, wedges and plateaux. Lace-up styles are also included. Soft suedes and calfskins are deployed here. Colours include dark blue, dark violet, wine red, black, smoke grey, dark brown and moleskin.

The sporty part of this collection includes masculine, high-laced boots, gaucho, Wild West and riding boots. Greased velour and brushed leather as well as croc embossing are important materials here.

Contrasting with the colours are a lot of shades of brown, black, blue, violet and warm grey. The recommended retail prices for Logan styles start at approx. €130, while boots with high legs cost up to €230.


The Logan Crossing 2009/2010 Autumn/Winter collection draws its inspiration from mountains, the sea and basketball sports: lace-up boots, laced yachting pumps and sneakers – on wedges or heels at various heights – determine the picture here. Uncomplicated and perfect for daily use are urban outdoor boots, while boots look sophisticated with vulcanised sole designs. Furthermore, shapes include slipper boots with half-height legs, Mary Janes and pumps on heels or feather-weight crepe wedges. In addition to classical materials including velour, calf and lamb leather, innovative lacquer interpretations, water-repellent and elastic filaments are also deployed here with velvet playing an important role. Colours include black, dark brown, burgundy, taupe, smoke grey, dark blue and dark violet. Recommended retail prices for Logan Crossing styles range from €120.00 to €220.00.
