Accreditation

In order to make your stay and work at the fair as pleasant as possible, we would like to pass on the following information regarding accreditation and services offered by the Press Center.

Press accreditation is available for:

Journalists with a copy of their valid and acknowledged press ID and credentials for their editorial activities such as e.g.

• Confirmation letter of the editor-in-chief/department head

• Reference copy featuring the name in the Publisher’s Note in conjunction with identity card

·        

• Concrete assignment by an editor (for freelancers)

·        

• Extract from a feature on fashion/lifestyle, trade fairs, business or on GDS/GLOBAL SHOES feat. Their name (for freelancers) in conjunction with an identity card

Those not eligible for press cards are:

• Journalists and editors who do not have valid press cards or fail to submit editorial credentials

·        

• Journalists who exclusively use Open Channel broadcasting possibilities

·        

• Publishing house representatives such as advertising managers (upon submission of business cards and credentials proving employment in the publishing house admission tickets can be purchased at all open ticket counters)

·        

• Representatives of PR agencies not attending any exhibitors at the trade fair  (representatives of PR agencies looking after exhibitors at the exhibition centre and in a position to produce their customers’ official confirmation letter will receive an honorary ticket for admission to the fair)

As for anyone else, the trade fair organiser reserves the right to verify the proof of editorial activity even in the event of a press card being submitted. The credentials should be submitted in German or English. In individual cases the organiser reserves the right to also require a valid personal ID document complete with photo. There is no automatic right to accreditation. If need be the trade fair organiser can exercise his private property rights.

Photographers / TV Teams:
