Premier at GDS: Kids' Trends from YTrends
Small Shoes with Huge Potential

Trendsetter YTrends from Amsterdam specialises in young fashion footwear. The owner, Nicoline van Enter, is well known for her informative and inspiring talks. She loves to examine products from unusual perspectives that could lead to surprisingly innovative ideas for design and presentation.

For the first time, Nicoline will hold a lecture on kid's shoes at the upcoming GDS in addition to her popular Young Fashion seminars. The lecture carries the title, "Trends in Children's Footwear for Spring/Summer 2011 and Beyond". She will discuss the hottest trends and most important information sources for 2011 and the following seasons.

Next to this, another important topic is the immense creative potential that slumbers in children's shoes – often neglected according to Nicole. What can the children's shoe industry learn from other children's products, such as toys, commodities and furniture? Nicole van Enter offers up several answers.

"Trends in Children's Footwear for Spring/Summer 2011 and Beyond", Saturday, 11 September 2010, 12:00 noon, speakers corner, Hall 7.0. Language: English & German.
