Pepe Jeans footwear cranks up the trends volume for Autumn Winter ’12 with its most
fashion-forward kids’ footwear collection yet.
Taking its lead from the trends stepping out on the streets of London, the Autumn Winter ’12
collection is a master-class in British style and London swagger.

Putting the emphasis on cosy winter-warming styles, the London range brings the classic
sports shoe bang up-to-date with a series of innovative and attention-grabbing fabric mixes.
Traditional leathers, soft flannel, suede and heritage tweeds appear alongside plaid woolens,
patent leathers and sumptuous fleece linings for a heavily textured winter offer.
Woolen knits are contrasted with checked finishes and patent leathers on girls’ boots which
draw on an earthy and autumnal palette of browns, mauves and muted pinks. Elsewhere,
colour-contrast moccasin styles for girls are presented in green, maroon, deep red, navy and
black.
The boys’ offer features warm and sporty styles in winter fabrics including leather, soft
flannels and checked fabrics.

Referencing the most cutting-edge trends and innovative production techniques coming
through in the footwear scene 73 delivers a heritage-inspired mix of tweed fabrications and
patent leathers on girls’ styles. The girls’ collection also tips its hat to the 1970s ska scene
with its reinterpretation of the classic British bovver-boy boot in classic black and burgundy.
Elsewhere look out for a thoroughly modern take on the traditional monk shoe for girls.
The boys’ 73 offer takes a fresh look at sports shoes with a modern reevaluation of the look in
super-soft flannels and British tweeds.
