Kick Off in Europe
BF Collection Europe is the name of the new Spanish women’s shoe label launched by the Paco Gil Group from Elda in Spain. The collection targets glamorous women who have a flair for and like to stand out with fashion and footwear. The lasts are unique, the style is original, the combinations are at times crazy, say the designers who also include Paco Gil’s children, Paco Gil jr. and Carla Gil. The quality of the BF styles is high, they are exclusively manfactured in Spain.
For Spring/Summer 2011 favourite colours include electric blue, pink, strong yellow, pastel blue and strong violet. Kid nappa, suede, patent leather, genuine snake, bast, cork and fabrics such as moiré, linen and denim feature as materials. Imaginative prints and vinyl details make for a summery fun feel while Swarovski stones, tiger’s eye, luxurious glitter and little golden chains serve as additional decorations. High heels are a given with BF, shoes rest on platforms, Cuban or wedge heels.
