The Belgian women's shoe label Noë offers shoes "for all women at any age" and is a subsidiary of the shoe manufacturer Bloom Factory, located in Sint Martens Lennik. The style of the collection is feminine, glamorous and colourful. The company specialises in pumps, which are offered in 85 colours. They are made of leather and the prices, according to company statements, are "attractive".

The label was founded in 2008 by designer Luc Dereu. His main source of inspiration was his daughter Noëmie, who slowly grew out of her beloved sneakers when she reached 16. In pumps she finally felt grown up. For very young girls there is the new fun line "Chica's for noë", also consisting of pumps – bold colours, casual finishes, handsome details and young design characterise the look.
