The Whites Cubes Lounge in the hotspot for all GDS visitor, to chat about the newest trends and orders. In a sunny yellow it brings back summer feelings.

„Contemporary Design“ – that is the White Cubes areas slogan. Everything is a bit more exclusive and pricy than in the other halls on the fair ground.

Under the slogan: “26th Sales Asstistants' Day” coach Elisabeth Jall gave tips and explained her "Success Theory: Selling fashion means fulfilling needs and desires".

The trend theme “Future Modern” includes, accounting to the expert ballerina inspired shoes. An example are glitter ballerinas from Chloé. Further themes are „Barbie Doll“, „Gardening & Farm Romance“ and „Virtuality“.

„You can feel free to combine anything you want in the next summer season“ says Jall and suggests colour-blocking and the mixture of light and dark colours.

With the Portuguese Innovation Award, the National Institute of Industrial Property, the portugues shoe organization APICCAPS and the Technological Centre of Footwear of Portugal gave the award for the ninth time to young talents of the Footwear Industry’s Centre of Professional Training in Portugal for excellent work.
