MINEX Ltd.- Production of the upper parts of footwear and ready-made shoes.

The main activity is the production of the upper parts for shoes (male, female and children shoes), as well as complete ready-made shoes, where the technological process allows connection of the upper parts of footwear soles by sewing.

In the beginning MINEX Ltd had 50 employees and a daily production capacity of 200-250 pairs of upper parts of shoes. By extending the technological line for production of footwear, today MINEX Ltd has 80 employees in Vranje production unit and 20 employees in Vladicin Han production unit.

Daily production capacity is 350-450 pairs in Vranje production unit and 200-250 pairs of upper parts for shoes in Vladicin Han production unit.

Production in Vladicin Han began in March 2011. with a daily production capacity of 200-250 pairs. Twenty full time employees were employed and they all finished specialized trainings, in order to get the necessary skilled workforce. MINEX Ltd considers trainings necessary for the manufacturing process, and by the end of the year after completion of trainings company expects to get 35 new workers.

MINEX Ltd. is consisted of two organizational units:

■ The production complex, which consists of tailoring, sewing and control division and

■ Commercial and financial division which perform commercial and financial affairs.
